ePrint Task Printer Creation Wizard
Use the ePrint Task Printer Creation Wizard to create and update an ePrint Task printer for multi-function purposes. Once a Task printer has been created, it is installed to your system’s Printers folder as a Windows printer by ePrint and it will be available to any application that supports printing.
An ePrint Task printer can perform one or more of the following tasks:
Save files to one or more file formats. The wizard allows you to select the file formats and set up name / rename options.
Send emails, including the saved files as attachments (only one file can be sent in an email). This option requires that the file be saved prior to emailing.
Print files to one or more printers. This option does not depend on whether the file is being saved. Jobs may be printed to multiple printers without saving to a file.
Upload the saved files to a SharePoint site.
The wizard can be saved and closed by clicking the Finish button any time the wizard has all the information necessary to complete the selected tasks. If the Task printer has been assigned to save a file, and the file name and format have been set, then the wizard can be saved and closed. If the Task printer has been assigned to email a file, not only must the file be saved, but also the mail options must be configured as well.
To display the ePrint Task Printer Creation Wizard, from the main menu, choose Tools -> Task Printers Manager and in the Task Printers Manager dialog, click the Add button or select a printer and click the Edit button.
