Use this page to create an email. This page is only available if the Send email silently check box in the Email Settings Page of the wizard is selected. The page is shown in the following figure:
The following fields are on the Mail Message Page:
To Button
Click the To button to display the address book of the default email client.
To Edit box
Use this option to enter the address(es) of the recipient(s).
Email addresses can be added by placing a semi-colon between the addresses (e.g., user1@xxxdomain.com ; user2@xxxdomain.com ).
Cc Button
Click the Cc button to display the address book of the default email client.
Cc Edit box
Use this option to enter the address(es) of the email recipient(s).
Email addresses can be added by placing a semi-colon between the addresses (e.g., user1@xxxdomain.com ; user2@xxxdomain.com ).
Bcc Button
Click the Bcc button to display the address book of the default email client.
Bcc Edit box
Use this option to enter the address(es) to receive a blind copy of the email.
Email addresses can be added by placing a semi-colon between the addresses (e.g., user1@xxxdomain.com ; user2@xxxdomain.com ).
Subject Edit box:
Use this option to enter the subject of the email.
Message Edit box
Use this option to enter the message body of the email that will accompany the attached file.
Notes:
The Next > button is only available if the To edit box has at least one recipient.
