Using any application that includes a print function, the ePrint virtual printer can convert from one file format to any of the 150 file formats LEADTOOLS ePrint Professional supports.
The following example will show you how to use LEADTOOLS ePrint Professional to convert a document file from Microsoft Word (.doc) to searchable PDF (.PDF) format. Use this example's basic steps to convert file(s) from any format to any other format:

Open a .doc file in Microsoft Word and then select File ➔ Print. |

Select LEADTOOLS ePrint from the printer Name list and click OK. |

The LEADTOOLS ePrint Save As dialog will appear so you can save the file. |

Select "Document Formats" from the File type list. |

Select "PDF" from the Save as list. |
6. |
Click the Options button to show the PDF Save As Options dialog. |

In the General Tab, make sure that "Automatic" is selected in the Version list. Click the other tabs to set other options. |

Now click OK to save the options. |

Now click Save to save a searchable PDF file. |

After a few moments, you should find the PDF document saved at the location you selected with the name you specified. |
